Jennifer A. Nachamkin focuses upon the wide range of employment issues for clients in both private and public fields of employment. She has represented clients in a variety of matters including defending professional licensure, civil service appeals, state and federal discrimination claims, federal employee and merit systems protection board appeals. Her practice includes trial and appellate litigation before state and federal courts and administrative agencies.

Jennifer A. Nachamkin graduated from Wilson College with a B.A. in Mass Communications and has a professional background in higher education, having spent nearly ten years as a college administrator before attending law school. She is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law. She spent two years as a legal intern with the Pennsylvania State Civil Service Commission before joining Strokoff & Cowden, P.C. in 2005.

Ms. Nachamkin is admitted to practice in the state courts of Pennsylvania and the Middle District of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Dauphin County, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations. She has acted on several continuing legal education panels on topics including basic employment law, FMLA, wrongful termination, and practice before the Pennsylvania State Civil Service Commission.
