In creating Strokoff & Cowden, P.C., in 1987, our mission was to establish a small firm providing individual attention along with the experience, personnel, and resources to serve clients throughout the state. Because of our reputation for providing quality representation, law firms and former clients, in and outside of Pennsylvania, refer clients to us.

Dedicated Attorneys And Legal Staff

Attorneys Elliot A. Strokoff and James L. Cowden practiced law together since 1974. These two lawyers were joined by attorney Jennifer A. Nachamkin, who has been practicing in Pennsylvania since 2005, and Catherine Elizabeth Rowe who has been practicing in our state since 2013. All of our attorneys are joined by a professional and courteous support staff who make themselves available to speak with you.
